Purpose. Make four copies of this exercise. The exercise
will help you pull together all of the things you have learned.
You will have a better chance at recovery if you use everything
you learn.
Instructions. Use one worksheet in this exercise for each
of the four Critical High-Risk Situations in Exercise No. 17,
part 5. Answer the following questions.
